Return & Exchange Policy

Return Request Process

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order ID and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the detailed return instructions.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The product must be in its original condition

  • All tags must be intact and not removed

  • The item must be free from any damage, stains, or odor

Any product that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Return Window

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • The product must be shipped back within the timeframe provided after approval


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance

  • Products damaged due to improper use by the customer

  • Any item returned without prior approval


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or defective products (subject to availability).
Customers must follow the same return request process to initiate an exchange.
